Jackie Murray brings a 25 year resume in all phases of the business of real property transactions.

For 13 years Jackie worked  in the mortgage industry.  She held a position as  Operations Manager for a 20 employees and Direct Endorsement Underwriter for FHA determining credit worthiness of loan applicants.

Jackie left the mortgage business  after her father passed away to take ownership with her siblings of the family  land survey business.  She was there for nine years.  There, Jackie primarily coordinated with eight of the largest home builders working in the Hillsborough, Pasco & Pinellas counties metro-area preparing land surveys from site plans to final boundaries and locations.

Jackie later returned to Corporate work in the Title Insurance Industry. In 2009 Our law firm became lucky enough to be the employer Jackie has provided her title services to.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Murray worked on Builder Accounts as an Escrow Officer, and most recently served as the in-house Title Agent and Escrow Officer for a large real estate company.   She is a Licensed Title Agent in the State of Florida.

Title & Closing Services

Jackie prepares HUD-1 Settlement Statements for real estate transactions, perform closings for  real property transactions, clears any and all title issues and perform all the duties of an Escrow Officer as well.
